What specific countries are you selling to?
Considering the available shipping method and shipping cost, we are only selling to United States(US) currently.

When I put something in my Shopping Cart, does it guarantee that I get the merchandise?
You must “Checkout” to guarantee that you get the merchandise. Unfortunately, if another customer buys the remaining stock of your item before you place your order, the item will be reported as unavailable when you go to check out. But don’t lose hope! Can I see a record of my transactions?
Yes, if you have registered an account with us. All of your past purchases on bestkitchenshears.com are safely stored and can be easily accessed by signing in to your account. Here you can check your order history and see all the details regarding past purchases.
When placing an order, I get an error message stating that there was an authorization failure. What does this mean?
An authorization failure could mean several things. First, please be sure that all billing information is correct. Second, be sure to check your expiration date on your card. If you still have problems checking out, please contact us for assistance immediately.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Refunds policy in order to receive a refund.

How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to “c”.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

My order was canceled automatically. What happened?
Orders may be canceled for a variety of reasons, including lack of inventory or system error. We reserves the right to cancel any order due to an unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise. Any questions should be directed to customer service.

All of our transactions are based in GBP. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?
At present, we accept PayPal payments, or pay with debit or credit card by PayPal (would not save your payment info and create a PayPal account) We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

How can I track my order?
