SELLING LOCATIONS
Considering the available shipping method and shipping cost, we are only selling to The United Kingdom(UK) currently.

STANDARD SHIPPING
We work to provide our customers with quick and accurate order processing while utilizing only the most reputable freight carriers. This formula allows us to get your orders delivered promptly.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two (2) parts:
1. Processing time – Order and payment verification is typically complete within 24 hours. Once the verification process is complete, the processing and handling of your order is typically between 3 to 5 days.
2. Shipping time – From the time your order is shipped until it is placed at your doorstep will be approximately 15 to 25 days. Once your order is shipped you will be provided a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your package at all times.
Please note that current global supply chain backlogs due to Covid-19 may cause delays in your package delivery. Understand we make every effort to get your package delivered to you in the most effective and efficient way possible.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at info@tipsclothes.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.

Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address. There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Also, kindly note that on rare occasions; customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
